Yes, all you'll need to do is fill in the form tomorrow - and complete the work, of course.

Offers will only begin tomorrow and continue until 26 March. There will be plenty of time for you to put in an offer and for bidders to find you.

I think the other user is asking if you guys could post just the form -- not a place to put it up yet, but just what the contents of the form are going to be so we can prepare an offer to post in advance offline? I'm sure this will be helpful for a lot of people who are bound to be busy on a Monday, being able to fill out the form today so that they only have to copy/paste and hit Post Comment tomorrow.
