I have to admit, that is Wicked Groovy.

I took botany in college (hey, science got me out of math) and we studied a plant called, I think, the carrion flower. It's a small weed that grows on the UofM St. Paul campus. And it really did stink.

Anyway. Nothing like Perry. Is this one of those plants that blooms once after fifty years and then dies?

I'm rather fond of its latin name: Amorphophallus titanum (from Ancient Greek amorphos, "without form, misshapen" + phallos, "penis", and titan, "giant") Giant Misshapen Penis plant!
