thats pretty intense, but dreams my seem like they mean one thing, but whn interpreted more deeply can turn out to mean something entierly different. And other times we may never be able to figure out ones meaning.

well dreams aren't really meant to be understood. It could mean that even through struggle with other guys, Jerimiah is still there for you. You're turn, you think of something. There is no end to the thinkgs you can come up with when trying to interpret a dream. Its better to not even bother. If it was a good dream, don't ever forget it and enjoy it. If it was bad, then forget about it and don't let it trouble you.
