The seemingly young blond man was slow to rouse. He mumbled something under his breath when he heard some sort of noise - not hearing a word that was said - and turned over in the bunk, almost slipping back to sleep again.
But then the cell doors clanged and his eyes opened suddenly, instantly alert. He blinked and sat up, his eyes took in his new surroundings with caution and surprise, noticing he was dressed strangely and he frowned, standing himself up.
He saw people filing past the cell and, ever curious, he followed them. He asked some for answers to where he was but nobody was very forthcoming so he kept quiet again until he reached the showers.
Sae's eyes blinked open slowly. Her head hurt. How long had she been out for? It felt like she had been asleep for days. It had been bad enough that the days and nights at Hell's Gate had been feeling a lot shorter and more blurred together than they ought to have been. Now she had no idea how much time she had missed, if any.
Oh no, what must Takakura and Nanaka and the others be thinking? How long have I been missing now? Are they still looking for me? Sae thought frantically as she sat up in bed. She felt a strong urge to grab her wand, makeshift as it was, and just try that teleportation spell again on her own. It was a stupid, pointless thing to do, but she felt like she had to try it. She didn't know how much more of this place she could take, new friends or no new friends
