Lindsey was too afraid to fight as there were too many changes happening at once. What confidence he was able to rebuild during his time of safety had quickly shrank back into that buried core within, leaving him shaking as he crawled, got dragged was more like it, behind Dean.
Up until two days ago he was still clothed, collared only by choice, safe in Dean's room, and only in Dean's room. He hadn't been ready to leave it two days ago and he wasn't ready now with everything stripped away ( ... )

It was the reason why he didn't want to be here in the first place. One of many anyway.
He could almost feel the king's eyes burning holes onto his shoulders. Unable to resist, he made a furtive glance up and became caught in the boy king's gaze. Yellow eyes, demonic, but like Dean, Lindsey noticed that the younger Winchester retained his human figure.
Realizing that he had stared a moment too long, he quickly lowered his gaze again. Something in those yellow eyes had gotten his mind ticking once more, and the open contempt he saw only served to rouse his annoyance.
