underwater blues

i got a taste of scuba diving when we went to el nido 3 weeks ago. 10 minutes underwater, 4 meters deep.

when i got back home, that was it. i knew i had to take lessons. it's just one of those things that you know you have to do, like the time i knew i had to learn the guitar, or the summer i knew i had to try out acrylics. i know scuba diving's

HAHAHAHAHAHAHA scuba naman eh. you don't really need to know how to swim. may oxygen tank and stuff ka naman eh. hahahahhaha

when i was in thailand, we went to some place called coral island and they offeres something called sea-walking. you put on this big round metal thing over your head and then you can walk na underwater hahaha i would have tried it if only i brought my swim gear with me (i didnt know we were goign to a beach. kala ko shopping lang! hahahaha)

Rachelle! Meron ako alam 10k tas you get to dive until you get your permit daw... The 10k includes the accomodations na I think plus rental of equipments? Forgot the place where you have to go though haha

my PE teacher was telling our class about that rin the other day! try taking it next sem or something! :D
i think the classes are held at dive republic...dunno where that it though, you could try researching it! yung introductory scuba lesson niyo ba sa el nido, free?

yeah i think it's at commonwealth:) yung intro lesson was 'free' ... pero you know. kasama na ata sa overall price for staying there. :D

idea! why not try underwater photography while you're into scuba diving? hahaha i've always wanted to take pix underwater kahit sa pool lang but i dont have equipment ahahaha

i find it odd that scuba diving is a pe sa UP. san kayo mag sscuba? sa pool? or is there some kinda man-made uh... beach there? or do you go to say... batangas pa? it's the closest beach from the city that i know of. or maybe subic.. unless you guys are ok with swimming in Manila Bay (yuuuck) hahahhahaa

why is everything so cheap at UP???????????????

and about that sea walking thing.. you put on this big round metal thing over your head and then you can walk na underwater <-- like spongebob?? i cant imagine it! what if there's a hole in your helmet? and the sea water leaks in? then you die??:o
