It occurs to Elizabeth, after a while, that the military quarantine might've left behind, after their deaths, things worth taking. She's not really got much in the way of intentions towards the weaponry that's likely there, but...there must be something. At the very least, she can go and check it out

Claire answers! She is in the process of pinning her hair back so it falls over her shoulder as the door swings all the way open.

"Hey," she says, somewhat surprised to see Elizabeth, but glad.

Elizabeth looks as bright-eyed as she gets, at the very least she's tidy and well put together, but she hesitates with uncertainty before she speaks. "I thought that--well. I'd like to go and have a look at what's left of the quarantine -- in case there's something worth grabbing. It's...probably not going to be pleasant, but I thought...well, if you'd...not object to coming along...?"

Claire thinks it over, leaning in the doorframe. It'll probably be gross, but...well, she can handle gross.

"Sure, I'll go. We should do it before it gets even close to being dark."

"I've cleared out my car," Elizabeth offers. She'd only taken inside the things she thought she'd need, but now she's unloaded it entirely, to make room for anything she deems worth keeping. "I'm hoping we can do it quickly."
