We went down the hill, I got a couple of email addresses to email in order to get myself on the list for a garden plot at the Lower Lonsdale gardens. These are the ONLY gardens in the city that don't do a straight first-some-first-served waiting list for plots which means that it's the only one I have a chance of getting into in the next five years ( Read more... )

Academie Duello looks so neat, I'm tempted to sign up too. Well, I've been toying for a few months with the idea.

I'm thinking that if I really like this, I want to keep at it for a long while so I am going to sign up for the introductory "taste of the renaissance" thing that is the prerequisite for everything. Mondays and Wednesdays for February.
