I adore Shisui's tone of voice in this. *_________* :DDD It's just so... amusingly tongue-in-cheek, not outright so, but the little digs at Inabi's talkativeness and the Uchihas' habit of hn-ing at people. XDD

LOL he's so focused on his work that he doesn't even quite realize what Itachi's asked. Ah, a very good pointy-object-polisher indeed. ;)

Shinobi should be allowed to cry. :( I'm glad Konoha is starting to turn away from that rule, but still, the very fact that it keeps ANBU keeps the "emotionless robot" thing going. :/

I still love the line regardless XD And him n this as well. Like I said, I've seen him portrayed in a lot of ways, so it's nice when you come across one you can see yourself in such a subjective field!

Ahhh. . .maybe it depends on the degree to which it's been absorbed into the society? Like the ninja term, which we use instead of some sort of translation/conversion of the term in English. I took a few years of Japanese, so maybe it just sounds funny to me when I read it that way, lol! Something interesting to consider though! [Sorry, for dorking out on grammar here, lol.]

I think that actually that text about screened comments is indeed a bit misleading ^^;

I don't mind XDD I happen to discuss about such stuff myself. At least sometimes when I seem to have too much time on my hands and try to create some crazy theories, which I prove thanks to analyzing the grammar structures used XDD;; Crazy me :P

This story is chilling. It shows Itachi's human side and yet brings out the coldness in him.

Itachi has always been full of contradictions, hasn't he? I've just noticed that people take this one differently. Actually... everyone has their own opinion about it.
