Um - not meaning to be negative - but lists aren't always the answer - they can sometimes have the opposite effect, because they can seem overwhelming.
Have you tried patterning? Arrows rather than lists?
Just wondering if it's a good idea to put hair and nails low rather than high?
Sometimes it's quite a good idea to put yourself first - just for a change?

Thank you! Lists do work well for me because they organise my panicky thoughts and I can then prioritise. Often I find, when looking at a list, that it is far more achievable than I had realised when it was all just racing around in my head.

I have tried mind map type things with arrows and my brain just doesn't work that way, it stresses me out trying!

But you're right about priorities. I'm adding hair and nails to the list and will do those before I go back to my assignments later. I know I will feel so much better with them done (and I will type far more efficiently without long nails sliding all over the keyboard, hehe!)
