It's much harder than you'd think, ripping out the toe of a sock.

When I've got all the tangles of wool sorted out, I'm going to make rpm socks with it. :-)

I'm on my second pair of RPMs.
If you go with the grafted toe bewarethat following the pattern instructions to the letter results in very pointed toe (Mind you that MAY be made worse by the fact the first pair were knitted in double knitting wool, on 2.75 mm needles, but this pair I intend to NOT go down to so few stitches!)
