1. I went this afternoon to pick up my new prescription from the chemist, and they told me I have to make a review appointment with my doctor before I can have the next lot, because a review is now overdue. I duly came home, picked up the phone, asked for an 'appointment with Dr D please, sometime in the next few weeks' only to be told 'Dr D left
