Is it really strange that I love the taste of soluble aspirins and will eat them just as they are instead of dissolving them because in water they taste disgusting?

Just me?

Slept horribly badly again last night due to nose being a dripping tap again. This morning I bought some Night Nurse capsules which usually do the trick so I'm hoping for a better night tonight. I have to stay up till 10.30 though so I can take them ( Read more... )

I ran out of Pholcodine this morning (I only bought a small bottle the other day). Tim very kindly went to Asda and got me another bottle.

Same drug, differently packaged.

It tastes absolutely disgusting. I never tasted medicine so VILE in my life before. And the aftertaste goes on and on. It tastes like I imagine licking creosote off a fence ( Read more... )

1. I went this afternoon to pick up my new prescription from the chemist, and they told me I have to make a review appointment with my doctor before I can have the next lot, because a review is now overdue. I duly came home, picked up the phone, asked for an 'appointment with Dr D please, sometime in the next few weeks' only to be told 'Dr D left ( Read more... )

Feeling much better; wafer started to kick in just before the school run, thank goodness. Taking the day off really is not an option today, so here is the list:

1. Exam at 1pm.
