Our gaming friends, Matt and Kathleen, came over to have dinner and play a few games. We had a really nice visit after the boys stopped trying to jump on our friends. We ordered pizza and had an awesome pumpkin cheesecake.

The Amazons defeated the Undead army in Wizard Kings last night. Mwahhh! While I was depleting Hilary's army badly, Hilary was still playing with the Undead army's strengths by not allowing my Amazons to gain any ground or take any of his cities, mostly because he would have at least one unit standing after three rounds and his initiative rolls ( Read more... )

Yay! I made my first sale.

I've been working on a few other things. I cannibalized our scrabble tiles and most of our left over DVD cases, and I even used the insert from my She-Ra seasons. At the moment, I am working on scrabble tile pendants and experimenting with Diamond Glaze. Using DVD covers, I made a dozen of the characters from Spectacular Spider-Man which should make Jakob happy and two Twilight pendants. Hilary and I have been renting the second season of Tudors from Netflicks. To my surprise, we got so wrapped up in the story that we watched a whole three hour disc in one night.
