...so apparently I'm cooking this week?
Thus far this weekend I've made chicken salad, whole wheat bread and biscuits. Planning stir fry for dinner...all this on a weekend when Mr. H is working and I'm chasing all three junior hellraisers solo. WTF? -
mmmm lasagne....
I made the most awesome spinach-mushroom lasagne night! I don't do lasagne much--all kinds of other pasta, but not that, so this was an adventure for me. It was a solid hour and 40 minutes of prep time before it was ready to go into the oven, but the results were totally worth it. In a giant fuck you from the Powers That Be--how is it that it is now possible to download Season Two of Torchwood from iTunes, when I can't get BBC America on my goddamn cable!
