Some time in the last few days, the tree outside my window (wonder if it is ash... Note to self - find out which tree is which) turned completely yellow. It and all its kind had been green hold-outs.

I was just walking thru central square. I had to button my coat all the way up, & then I pulled my sweather sleeves over my hands, cause the cold was traveling up my arms. On sunday I saw a flock of geese working thier way triangularly south.

Sunday morning I grabbed a coffee on newbury street at about 9:30 am. There were some people out eating an early brunch (ok - that might be breakfast) but only about 4 tables out of 20 were taken.
