Tomorrow night it will get down to 28 degrees. This is the first day so far that I'm aware of it getting below freezing. Summer fall is over, & winter fall begins. Next friday it will get down to 27.

Went to the lake again today. I had a good ride, & then I swam twice. I feel like I spent a lot less time in the water this time that I did the first time - but I swam out & back about a pools lenght several times - some backstroke, but mostly crawl - that's a good workout. Then I got back in the water & did it again
