I was talking to a friend of mine this morning... and my negativity managed to creep back in. Luckily I noticed and decided to move away from it. I feel there is a difference in expressing concerns about something, versus being negative but I had moved from one to the other seamlessly. How easy that was that to do. How often I must do that.

I think negativity is too easy to come back when talking to people. Too often, conversations seem to be a complaining contest. Almost as if it's wrong to talk about the good things...
