Ok, due to last night's rain, there are so many leaves covering our yards and street. The people across the street are raking their driveway. It looks like they're shoveling snow! I've meant to update all day, but for some reason, haven't. There's been a tab dedicated to it all day, but the tab was ignored.

I'm getting better, but still not sleeping. Last night was especially bad but completely due to cats.

Tonight I am home alone... Wonder if I'll sleep alone or, if not, how many cats will join me?

You wonder why I don't like business trips?

I have to meet my co-workers tomrrow morning at 4:40 am.

That's really really early.

Yuck.

So I have a business trip to California in January. In Southern California, so I can easily drop by and spend the weekend with my mother. I read today that the image of Santa is giving children bad ideas of health. That Santa should go on a treadmill and be a better role model for children.

I am allergic to STUPID people.

Other than a bout of not feeling well on Saturday, I had a nice weekend. Used our kayaks for the first time this summer and I think going to the gym has paid off. It's too early in the summer season to be annoyed that the AC is not working at work and will not be fixed until OCTOBER.

We're still trying it on for size, but I think it will be his name.

...And he still growls whenever he sees poor Magic. But they're both roaming the house freely and seem otherwise happy enough with the house.
