I'd used LJ for the fictionalley account a few times in the six months before that date, and had been reading a few friends' LJs (including flourish, who gave me my code, but it was on this day that I finally started using LJ for myself

Of the comfort films on your list, I'd include Much Ado, Star Wars (although I'd be more likely to go for Jedi) and Princess Bride. It would likely depend on my personal mood and if Will is watching, too.

I made my LJ in June of 2002. I don't remember when I added you, exactly, but I know I've had you on for ages.

And I had a hard time picking from the listed movies- about 3 would be on mine!

Well I made my LJ in June 2003 and registered at FA in April 2003 and was lurking for about a month prior to that. So yeah, March 2003 :D

I've had an LJ for 6 years but I was thinking the other day that I was actually reading and poking around on LJ for about 7 years, I had a small favourites folder with a bunch of LJs in it that I read until I got up the nerve to fiend people and your was one of them *g*

Clueless is one of my absolute favourite movies in oh so many ways <3

That's pretty much how I was using LJ in late 2001 and early 2002. And the weird thing is, I can't actually remember why I changed from using the fictionalley one to having one of my own. So I will blame flourish!
