nutrical (or nutristat... you can usually find this online easily)... its a gooey palatable... goo... in a tube that you can add to his food... full of calories and good fats... ask your vet if they carry it, or look for it online. and I'd prolly add that to mostly meat baby foods... ham, chicken, turkey, beef, etc, usually listed as "meatx and gravy"
certainly not the best long term diet, but as a last ditch effort it should be thin enough to go down well, and have lots of nutrition.
