I agree with all your "good" points. Chin was really hot on that boat, and I love that Kono is so capable, and always kicking ass and smart. I love that she is smart.
As for her getting caught... I have mixed feelings, but I'm mostly ok with it because no one is perfect (except Steve) and I like it when a character underestimates an enemy or just fracks up. It happens. But she got herself out of it, and that's what is also important.
I never thought Rachel would die, so I wasn't worried there. I do think they took a strong, independent woman and made her into... someone that is ridiculous. She's still strong, but geezus, sleeping with Stan then with Danny close enough that the baby's father is unknown is irresponsible and just ridiculous. Is she that callus about her marriage? But i'm ok with the baby being Stan's as it fits into my slashy world
