Goodbye, old friend

Rocky died yesterday. He had been pretty sick back in February, but pulled through. Had some ups and downs, and finally yesterday morning we could tell he was nearly ready to go. He'd seemed fine just a few days ago, but suddenly stopped eating or drinking. He died in my arms--better, I think, than trying to rush to the vet when there was

Rocky was a lovely pet. He put up with his treatment so well. I will miss him, too.

Aw, so sorry to hear this. Sounds like he went peacefully and he couldn't have had a better family for his 11 years.

I'm so sorry hon. I don't make friends with prey-mammals easily, but always got on well with Rocky.
