...As for Madara, he's certifiably insane, though he can play nice for a long time. I don't trust him as far as I could throw him, but as long as he's playing his 'good side', we at least know he's not actively trying to kill us all. It seems Izuna is one of the keys to staying on this good side--hence that. So, yeah.
