I spent my summer on a research vessel doing science and rediscovering my love of science. It was the greatest thing ever. I have never had such a fun time in my life, I have never worked so hard in my life. It was truly the best thing I have ever done, and it gave me such a renewed sense of everything. I went out to the field the week before last and I collected my very first water samples to experiment on! It was very exciting, I did a 30 hour tidal study, which meant not sleeping and going out on a boat through tidal creeks in the dark.
