Nebraska March trip

After the big earthquake, many of my friends (most of who live in Fukushima) started flying home or going south, so I made an impulse decision to go home for a little bit too. Well if I lived in Japan I'd try and be your "go to" person. lol... alas my life is not quite as exciting at the moment however. :(

Reverse culture shock though is interesting. That's how it felt when I lived in Australia for that time back in High school and then came home. But I can't imagine what it's like for you since you have been in Japan a long time.

But you do have one thing right about Nebraska. It is kind of a dead end when it comes to doing anything with your life. Which is something I've been feeling for awhile. :/ And the outgrown thing is totally understandable. Which is why I don't hang out with most of the old "group". Living in Lincoln certainly has opened my eyes to things in the night life and going out this is for sure.

I hope next time you come for a visit or whatever might bring you back home we can hang out. :) It sucks not having any interesting girls to talk to. :/
