I tried what the Stupid Dell People (SDP, for future reference) told me to do and uninstalled and reinstalled my drives and still nothing. I would rather the whole computer be broken than to not be able to make caps from my DVDs. So I'm about to write an angry letter

Oh yeah, I don't know if I ever told you, I took down Nobody Likes An Overachiever. I never turned anyone down for membership, but I started getting nasty e-mails from people calling me an elitist bitch. I said to hell with it and just left a listing of members sites. *shrug*

I sort of figured it was closed. I don't understand why anyone would say shitty stuff. The whole POINT was to NOT be elitist bitches. And boy, we certainly could have.
