Last night I sanded wood putty from the wall. F-U-N. I didn't wear gloves because I'm an idiot and so my thumbs are split and raw and hurt quite a bit. And D., who is supposed to know what he's doing, put his putty on way too thick and I was like "This is all yours, buddy" and I sanded my nice, clean spots. I've always hated wood panelling but ( Read more... )

I've never understood having mirrors up when I work out. I don't like to see myself sweat and flop around. Maybe that's just me though.

Seriously! I'm working out. There's probably a reason for that. I don't really want to see anything jiggle. That would make me feel so much worse. That being said, these were guys that lived there and men LOVE to watch themselves work out. They're totally in love with themselves. ;)

Speaking of Buffy - Alex and I have started to watch S5 of Angel. He never did see it. I know that isn't exactly Buffy talk, but they sprang from the same loins of Joss Whedon.

I have a wall with little 12x12 mirrors, that are gold veined no less - in my main huge living area. However, the way I have my furniture configured, they do kind of work. Oddly enough. NO they aren't pretty. But I'll have to shoot you a photo sometime that I took.

Is this the apartment on his mother's property? Or something new?

Buffy/Angel - it's all the same, except different. I've really wanted to have an Angel marathon, myself since I miss it just as much as Buffy. Hope he likes it!

I think some mirrors in certain places would look lovely. However, 75 mirrors plastered to white walls does not. And taking them down has been no treat.

It's at his house, yes. We're just building it from scratch, pretty much.

JAM owns me too. I printed your fic and I'm going to read it on my lunch break. :)

I so need some Office/Jim/Pam icons.

Thanks! I hope on the show it's both good and angsty. I don't mind continuing the unrequited angle or even better, the denial angle but please do not let Pam get married over the summer. I will completely wig if that happens.

I'm going to be posting a bunch of screencaps but I have done some here and there if you need some to make icons (and, btw, yes, please! Make icons!).

Jam has taken me over. I'm even starting a little something something on LJ which I hope to get done this weekend. Wheee!

Loved your fic :) I especially love “Don’t freak out,” he told her softly., because it just seems so Jim. I can definitely picture that scene happening!

I only was able to see up to the "A Watcher scoffs at gravity!" scene before I had to leave for work but it definitely makes me want to sit down and have a buffy-filled weekend which I haven't done in forever.
