The fact that it's only 3 o'clock is killing me slowly. The idea of sitting here for another two hours is not sitting well with me at all. I have nothing to do. That's not entirely true. I have little, annoying things to do that I don't want to do. It's the kind of work you just keep pushing off until you really need to do it ( Read more... )

I know how you feel about the Liberty. My favorite is the Land Rover Discovery, which i love to bitty pieces, yet oculd never logically afford. So, i went with the Nissan Altima. And i lurve my little car, but my eye always wanders to those trucks riding by. And my brain just goes want.

And I'd lean towards the Corolla as well. The design is much nicer now too.

And yay for iron being on the right level again! I'm always deficient and even the supplements didn't help much.

The Land Rover Discovery is really expensive! I checked those out, too and I almost fell off my chair. I feel your pain, hon. But a Nissan Altima...wow, that's nice, too. I see those all the time and think I'd never be able to afford that, either.

I think it's down to the Mazda3 and the Corolla right now.

I've been trying to eat high-iron foods. I barely ever ate meat but it went down easier than the 3 pills a day, veggies and Grape Nuts. Lots of Grape Nuts which I think is why I was okay. Crazy as that may sound.

Not sure if you're looking at the new ones, but I got a '99 in 2002, so that really helped with the cost, you know :)

I checked out the used ones yesterday and they're nicely priced and low mileage. I've been resisting the used because I totally got screwed on my car. I told D. about it and he was far too excited. I think we'll add that to the suggestion so thank you! It's a very nice car but I didn't even look because I thought they were too much.

If you're going to get a Toyota Corolla, whatever you do, for the love of all that is good and holy...do NOT get one that is that peachy, sandstone colour. Those mothereffers are always the slowest ones in the passing lane. Seriously.

I promise to stay away from that color. I'm looking only at cars that come in that charcoal gray color so no worries on this end. I will not be one of those mothereffers!
