Perhaps I'm weak, or maybe not. Either way, I've decided that the only way I can go about this is doing it the "healthy" way. By saying that I mean 1000 calories or so a day, and exercise. I just couldn't get the motivation to exercise when I was eating so little. I'm beginning to doubt if I have a "disorder." All I want is to lose weight. I read ( Read more... )

I completely support you on this. It sounds like you realized your body was rebelling against you and so you're handling it. In the long run I think you'll get a lot more good out of your new plan. Good luck!!

Good luck. I don't know you but I'm proud. I wish I could do that, but I would probably be so emotionally messed up from it because it would drive me crazy. :D Hope everything works out.
