I see it ALL THE FUCKING TIME! it KILLS me. Holy shit.

And I do miss to and too sometimes, but 99% of the time it's because I either hit the o too hard and it went twice or I tapped so fast it only went once. Most of my spelling and usage errors are typos and autocorrects (SO. MANY. INSTANCES of 'he got the glass form the table' instead of from. Seriously. SO MANY for me)

Also apparently I can't type nude without typing nudge (LITERALLy as I was typing that just for this example, I typed 'i can't type nudge' instead of nude)... idk, I guess my fingers skip my brain and say NO! lol.

So I get it, I get small errors "like sense and since"... I just ASSUME whoever wrote it KNOWS how to do it correctly and didn't. But 'as supposed to' and 'as opposed to' are just... NOTHING alike!

** Funny little error! A person in Adam Lambert fandom writes 'Sultan' instead of "Sutan" in every one of her fics and I can only assume her autocorrect hates her... my microsoft word corrects Sutan's name to Satan, so it isn't much better, lmao!**

I wonder if it's a smartphone/tablet type thing spelling error?
(which if people read through their shit would realize...)
Because I hear that androids and stuff make a lot of stupid typos. I wouldn't know, I'm not cool enough to have one.

LOL! Seriously? I haven't seen that one yet, but there are so many others that drive me nuts. I don't get how I, as a non-native speaker can know all that stuff, yet a scary amount of NATIVE speakers don't. Ugh D:

My biggest pet peeve is using 'of' in place of 've (would of, etc). THAT'S NOT HOW YOU SPELL 'VE. IT'S A CONTRACTION. IT MEANS WOULD HAVE, etc. SPELL FUCKING RIGHT YOU FUCKWITS.

I'm glad I've never seen that one. I might've broken something.

YES! 'COULD HAVE" is not "COULD OF!"

OF. DOESNT. WORK. THERE!

And I see it a lot from otherwise intelligent people- people who SHOULD be able to figure out that it's wrong.
