The woman, presumably the dog's owner, did not seem to approve of what was happening and despite the dinosaur looking very much the herbivore, well...it was still a dinosaur. Klaus generally helped people these days, so he followed after them.
He put himself between the dog and dino, definitely not afraid of what the canine--no matter how protective it was--may do to him. "Not really a place for any of us right now, even dogs, is it?"
Never mind that he didn't seem to be too worried about. Even though the dinosaur could likely crush him too...

"Stop!" This time the German Shepard stopped and sat in front of Klaus. It was trained to know metal from human and protect human. Though he might not have been 'human' he really wasn't metal. Allison made it next to her dog, her fingers fisted around the edge of his collar.
"Thanks." She said gratefully to him.

He smiled between her and the dog. "I know that German Shepherds are brave and protective, but this one seems like they want to take it to a whole new level," Klaus said half-jokingly.
