Alice was in the outside area of the shooting range. She had it set up so that there were targets high and low and would require moving and climbing and other such things to get to some of them. The village had finally done something right. First, Declan let her be in charge of the arsenal at Sanctuary in the village (and for the village guard) as well as giving her the keys to the shooting range. No more WEDDING PLANNING. That was all on Elizabeth Burke now.

She heard gunfire outside and knew that someone was practicing, her curiosity got the better of her so Kate headed outside. To say that she was impressed was an understatement. That was some serious talent. She smiled and gave an upnod. "Nice work."

Alice turned at the voice. She was never good at taking compliments, but she did manage a polite smile. "Thanks. Hoping to improve a little." She was a bit too slow if she had to go up against another Licker.

As she re-emerged to begin again, there was a dwarf standing on sturdy legs with his mouth agape.

She was very dextrous and very effective. Kili closed his mouth with a snap and nodded, shoulders thrown back to look noble.

Alice would have looked twice if she hadn't been in the village for over four years. She up-nodded to him, paused, then glanced to the obstacle course. "You want a try?" It wasn't just her space, after all, so she didn't want to monopolize it.

Kili took a few steps closer to survey the scene. It would most definitely be a challenge and it could provide much needed testing of his bow skills.
"Perhaps after you do it again, Miss ...?"

"Alice." She answered him as she took him in a little more closely as he approached. He might have short legs, but Alice was a believer anyone could push themselves to succeed - that's what she did to herself.

"Sure." She held out the timer to him. This way it'd be more accurate. "Time me?"
