Kilrenko stands outside Antiquitus, watching the workmen put up another piece of plywood over the broken glass window of her shop. Bruises mar her neck and face, and a mildly peeved look creases her brow.

She doesn't seem to, but it's hard to tell.

"Is that your shop? What happened?"

"I'm healing," she shrugs, turning her attention fully to him. "A man walked in a couple of days ago and punched me in the face. We fought until I had to kill or be killed."

The corner of her lip curls in annoyance, "Since then, one or more people have decided to keep re-breaking the replacement windows overnight."

"He simply walked in and struck you for no reason?" No name, just a man, and she ended up needing to kill him.

"Perhaps that is why I feel..." Well, I don't feel it, but I know it's there. "People are angry. I hadn't really noticed until today."

I did not go out much yesterday.

"I was a bit distracted later yesterday, but that had nothing to do with anyone but me."
