It had started innocently enough. Rookie and Patches needed a good bath after recent rains and a trip to the park. The bathtub (and entire bathroom, really) was dirty as a result, so she'd spent the day scrubbing the tub out and cleaning. But somehow, it didn't end there. Cabinets were emptied and organized, and then the need to organize and tidy extended itself to Angel's room, then the kitchen.
That's where she is after dinner - again - she's cut paper to line the shelves and been promptly distracted by the fridge having an odor. Left over food that has been shoved to the back. So with every cabinet empty, all the contents on the counters and dining room table, Erica starts soapy warm water and takes everything out of the fridge, tossing some things, repacking others, and scrubbing the inside.
