Sometimes sales suck [Open to all]
Buffy had a couple of shopping bags on her arms. She was a woman with a mission. All right, so the mission might not have had anything to do with slayage but buying a really cute outfit and shoes. Hey, it was still a mission.
She spotted a 'sidewalk' sale a couple of stores up and made a bee line to the merchandise. Buffy could not turn down a sale. She picked up a little trinket and opened the box. She wrinkled her nose at the small puff that appeared and then she began to laugh.
How sad was it that Buffy was pleased that she didn't burst into song or lose her voice? She wasn't really happy that the strangeness of the hellmouth had found its way to the village though.
