ahah...! Are you recommending coffee?
Of course it's well known to boost the mood, but personally I feel it's too easy to become addicted to it, it can block the digestion process and there's healthier elements in tea.
(even though the coffee flagrance is SO delightful...)

Toasted nut brulee tea from teavana. Best coffee replacement ever in my opinion :)

I allow myself one cup of coffee in the morning (with almond milk instead of creamer) and then try to drink water the rest of the day.

(Hi, I'm new here. Looking forward to the health info!)

I find coffee sometimes heightens my anxiety.

Me too!! I have 5-6 small sips every few days and that usually satisfies me (I work at a restaurant so I have access to a pot of coffee that can make me limited amounts like this though :P I don't make a whole thing of it at home only to toss out the rest lol!)

As long as I get lots of vitamin D, Omega 3s (DHA and EPA), iron, and B12, I am much less prone to getting depressed.

I take the all the supplements this book recommends, and it's helped me a lot. Nutrition is a big deal.
