Or California, to be exact. Demyx has been kind of a hermit most days. He goes to the bar when he can, but... it's difficult. He finds himself to be perfectly fine when he's alone, often. Lissar opened the door for Larxene. It was strange, not taking the dark paths...but she understood the precaution. She didn't even glance around at the place she found herself, just paced, eyes glued to Demyx. "Demyx" she greeted.

Demyx actually stood so quickly from the couch that he actually almost fell over, stumbling over his own two feet as he did.

"Larxene!" he crossed the room in a few quick steps, but stopped short. No hugs, right. His hands clenched in the air for a moment as he tried to think of what he was supposed to do with them before shoving them in his pockets.

"...It's good to see you."

And as tired and weary as his expression is, it's clearly true.

She didn't shift away from his aborted hug...nor did she move forward. If he'd needed it she'd have allowed, but she wasn't offering. "You've always had strange definitions of 'good'." she pointed out, letting her pacing circle both him and the couch.

"I am surprised you allow visits..." from Nobodies that was.

"It's not like there's many people who would take me up on them anyway. I'm really really glad to see you though. I thought you didn't want to talk to me anymore after..." he shrugged, and tried not to think about it.

He sort of followed Larxene but made sure to give her the proper amount of space. Like an adoring satellite.
