I finally got around to read this fic, and I have to say that I love it. I love how difficult it is for Natasha at first, and for Clint too but a little less because this is Natasha we're talking about. I'm sad that Clint wasn't there for the birth, but at the same time, I love it so much the way you wrote it with Steve and Bruce. And your Tony is so perfect! (now, add a little Tony/Pepper in your next Avengers fic, and I'll be in heaven).
Oh honey, thank you so much! Thank you for reading this!
I started this fic with teh scene of birth and Steve and Bruce were there. So that, that was set from the get go. I wanted to write a short fic about this situation where Nat is in labor and Tony and Clint are both panicking in the other room, and Thor doesn't really know how to help them. But then I realized I needed "how they got here" story.
And THANK YOU - I adore Tony. He is so much fun to write! (I'll see about Pepperony!)
YAY FOR NEW SHIP ESPECIALLY IF ITS THIS SHIP BECAUSE THIS SHIP IS MADE OF EVERYTHING AWESOME.
!!!!!
Thank you so much! I think things like this are hardest to write - I think I really succeeded if it comes through like something simple, and just flows? Because I worked a lot on it, I thought of every single line, each and every one is there for a reason. The entire thing was a huge buildup leading to last three scenes, which mostly run on sentiment and emotions :)
This is probably a fic I worked on the most and hardest, and I'm quite proud of it and I love getting comments on it- just because. It's my pride and joy. I am so glad you liked it!
ack. okay so hopefully better late than never applies to reviews because this does not look like last weekend when I was planning on reading this xD
also. oh my. ♥ this was excellent!
Your characterizations are amazing, and I have so many things I want to flailspaz about from this story, and also the fact that there is more to this 'verse deserves flail of its own, but suffice to say I love everything about this. Also, the thought about it being a redemption walk came right back to me when Tony comes up with the Kobayashi Maru thought, that you don't just have to walk, you can change the rules to make it work... aggh. Not even sure if you meant it to be a callback of sorts, but I love it either way. I'm about to hit the point where pointless keyboard smashing takes over now. xP
Eeeeeep all the babyfic in the world feels!!!! I'm so glad you liked it!! So, now that you've read it are you still interested in these two + baby? What are your thoughts? Should we discuss? Because i am all for it and can't get enough of ghem and babies.
I didn't aim at redemption walk per se, it just found its way there. Kobayashi- it just seemed fitting and very Tony thing to say, and the point is, Nat and Clint, they can make their lives into what they decide. :)

So it seems I've picked up a new ship. Hee.
I love the way this is written, how it's so introspective yet simple. Something I'm still working on for my own fics. Absolutely loved it!
