I felt the same way about the BDSM 101 vibe.

I'm sorry that didn't work for you, but that was the bunny I set out to write. If you want more explanation, see my reply to zanzou_chan below.

Thanks a lot for reading! :-)

I could have changed the main characters names, and not realised that this was about Harry/Ginny/Draco... let ALONE that it was about wizards.
Precicely the vibe I got.

Thank you for reading and leaving your thoughts. I'm glad you liked Ginny in this, she ended up being more pivotal to the plot than I'd first thought, so I'm very happy she worked for you.

Slow start is noted, I'll have to try and see what I can do better about that another time :-)

I thought this was great and I can't agree with the rather harsh critique the first reviewer gave you. I totally felt all three characters, especially Draco for some reason, were well written. There was a lot of emotion and you explained so well why Harry needed Draco and vice versa, as well as needing Ginny too. It was touching, and thought provoking and nicely crafted, especially loved the incorporation of the epilogue.

Great job x

*hugs* Thank you so much. This review made me so happy when I read it! I suppose that, while I'd work closer on characterisation based on some critique, this proves that we all have different views of what is and is not IC :-)

The mutual need was very important to the fic and I worried that it might not be well enough explained, so thank you so much for telling me it does.

The epilogue part was so much fun to write! I knew when I started that I wanted to end it with "all was well" :-D

Thanks!

This was quite a surprise story coming from the epilogue team. The concept was great and I understood what the three (four) wanted and in the end each got what they needed. You explained so well what Draco was getting from this and I could understand where his need came from, but Harry's I was unsure besides him saying he enjoyed both giving pain and comforting Draco afterwards. There's psychological reasons behind these things that I wish was explored a little more.

edit: I forgot to mention how much I liked Ginny in this story. You wrote her understanding of the situation so well. Being pissed off and disgusted being the initial response, and then curiosity followed by an understanding was great. I cracked up at Harry not being able to listen to Draco and Ginny discussing certain things about him. :)

:-) Thank you so much. I'm very, very glad you liked this and especially that the needs of each party was explained well enough. It was something I worried about ( ... )

Aw *hugs you* Your comment definitely made my heart lighter. Thank you so very much.

I have to just go "YAY!" that you saw the idea of the individual strength! I was very keen to be able to write this story from that card's perspective for that very reason.

The inclusion of the epilogue was one of the elements I liked to write. And isn't it just like Harry to want it all and preferably now? :-)

I'm so thrilled that several people liked Ginny, including you. I really wanted to give her a shot at being a positive character in Harry (and later Draco's) life - it's something I've not done in detail before but I'll definitely do it again after this.

If I'd had more time, there would have been more development scenes - just as there would have been more scenes with Ginny coming to terms/gradually seeing things differently. Ahwell.
I'm glad you felt it worked as is anyway :-)
