:-) Thank you so much. I'm very, very glad you liked this and especially that the needs of each party was explained well enough. It was something I worried about.

I agree that there can be psychological reasons involved, and for one Harry James Potter it would be very easy indeed to explain it like that!
However, I don't believe that there are always such things involved. As a Dom myself I balk at the idea that the only reason I like what I like is something that went wrong in my childhood (which was, for the record, not unhappy), if you get my drift? To some I am very certain it is as integral as being straight, bi or gay - it's simply the way we're wired.
So I chose not to play up the possible psychological reasons on Harry's part. I've played that card a lot in other BDSM fics with this pairing, though, so it's not that I'm dead against using it ;-)

I'm so pleased you liked Ginny, too! I tend to like her a good deal, though usually not with Harry *G* This was a great opportunity to see her as a positive force in his life.
That scene with Harry listening in was so much fun to write! I admit to giggling when I came up with the idea of him eavesdropping on them - and at which point he'd have to withdraw.
