Harvey played his last show with the band in Sydney on January 18.

He was in town Tuesday night.

Losing Roland S. Howard when the Birthday Party split didn't exactly stop him, and neither will this. Worst I can see happening is he'll retire the Bad Seeds name, maybe the band as well, but he'll continue in music at some point in some form.

Cave's one of the few people his age who haven't succumbed to becoming a nostalgia act, so I don't see why he should retire.
