I have a somewhat curious musical imagination. By this I mean that I'll find myself thinking of a song for whatever reason, and I will quite often find myself imagining it in a different key to the actual recording of it. continuing a series i began three months ago (alas, the delay in posting the followup can't be entirely attributed to spending eight and a half weeks in hospital; i'm taking advantage of the fact that i'm home for a couple of days to get on with it), here's a bit more of a core dump of photos taken at clubs and the like through the year). actually wasn't too bad on the whole. a few perplexing choices ("tiny dancer"? "mr brightside"?), some songs did better than i'd have thought ("everlong" at #9?) and some did worse ("london calling" at 73?), but generally a pretty reasonable selection, if frequently obvious. at least the old farts who feared it'd contain nothing before nirvana can ( Read more... )
