Kitchen Fever

Mar 29, 2006 21:57

Today I was certainly on a mission from the moment I woke up. I went and did my shopping which was essential because the cupboards were bare. I came home and started on my kitchen. It needed a good clean before I started to move things around and un-pack the new appliances I bought. The kitchen is looking really good but will be so much better when ( Read more... )

I think the green colour looks nice, but if the rest of the unit is Magnolia (which colour I can't put my finger on at the moment) would it clash with the rest?

I hope you can get out and have some fun soon! This week has been a killer for me too!! I can't wait until the weekend. Only 3 more days!!

Aww... Hugs for both of us!! After our week of hell - It's very much needed!

Magnolia... like a cream, just nicer. I thought the green would clash but then I saw a picture on a colour guide i picked up and they had magnolia and green together and it looks great. I just don't know! GRRRRRRR!!

I say go with the green. It'll give your flat a little "spark" and will perk you up at the same time. :)

my room used to be that color green. i think it'd look a lot better in a kitchen, though. XP

the good thing about painting is that if you change your mind later, you can always paint over everything. the problem is the cost. i'm glad i don't have to worry about this (yet), seeing as the university chooses the wall color for us. come to think of it, i'd rather choose my own. :P

Shame you can't choose your own. You can express yourself with YOUR own colours if you painted your own room. Oh well... Think of the money you save!

Paint isn't exactly cheap - £14 for a decent one.

Personally... the colour is nice, but I wouldn't put it in the kitchen. About exercises... that is always good, not just for your appearance, but for your health. So go Hydn, go.

Your absolutely right! Exercises are good for my health. I walk for 4hours plus a day so I get my fair share done! hehe

I didn't take it in consideration. You are a mail man. What was I thinking?:) You must have pretty nice pair of legs and butt of all that walk. :)

Even though I am not a fan of the practical side of decorating the end result usually looks fab so I am sure that your kitchen will look ace when it is finished. I am sure that you will make the right colour choice.

lol I know what I would be verrrrrry tempted to do if I couldn't face going into work BUT you are almost done. I only have six more get ups until I am off and I soooo cannot wait!!
