Curious question.... Why did you leave Wales and move to Manchester? Was there more opportunity over there than in Wales? Just nosey :)

I moved to Manchester for many reasons.. 1, I had friends there. 2, My home was burgeled and needed to get away and 3, Much more oppourtunities and better pay there.
For a time I went into a serious spell of depression and lost pretty much most my friends in Wales so over a period of time I really sorted myself out and started looking at Manchester. I found a place pretty quickly and moved straight away! My Mum would like me to move back but having made a home for myself, made some fantastic friends and have a good job... It would be silly to leave it all. *hugs*

i never did figure out if you could speak martian welsh - now knowing you're from Pontllanfraith, i'm even more curious. and keeping with all things cymru, i'm guessing Pontllanfraith is pronounced "put fart"???
