Did the math this morning (Graph paper: Not just for school anymore), drew out the pattern on graph paper, and made his hakama.

( one substitute shinigami ready for action )

that's awesome! now just find yourself a good wide tongue depressor, and carve it down into a sword for him~ Shouldn't be hard, only about 10 minutes worth of work. =3

Thanks! ^_^ oo, tongue depressor's a good idea, but Ichigo's actually almost 2ft tall, so Zangetsu has to be at least... 1'3"? I don't think they make tongue depressors that big^^; But I'll remember that when I make Bankai Zangetsu and Shirayuki.:3
