I went to bed last night at about 11:30, but was awake again by about 5 AM. My Tinnitus was as loud as ever, and I had to try and stop myself worrying that its getting worse and that I can't sleep anymore. Following the events of yesterday, I went to bed at about midnight and slept a few hours, only to wake up at about 3 AM.
