I can't be two people at once. I've tried and it doesn't work. But today? I was the director and the lab secretary and the morning courier and the referee. Whew! I'm beat!!

It's very thick and decadent and YUM! Hope you like it. :) I'm serious about the whiskey, though. If you have a favorite -- buy it. I'm partial to Jameson's myself.

We skip the eggs and the almond extract due to allergies and we don't notice a taste difference. Yummmmmmm.

*wishing for some right now to pour in my coffee!*

I have a little left... It's very good in my coffee! :) Had amazing coffee last night after dinner. It had Bailey's and Cafe34 in it. I could go for some of that now, in fact!

Mmmm - I love Mexican food!

"Me" time is good, and necessary! Dentist appointments are necessary but...eh. I'm a HUGE chicken! Good luck!

*hugs*

I'm a huge chicken too... I didn't go for over 10 years! o.O But my dentist now was on my powerlifting team so we were friends long before he convinced me to become a "patient". He knows I'm a big chicken! LOL He also knows that if I leave without making my next appointment he'll never see me again -- so he always makes sure I have an appointment before I go. :P There is a dentist 4 miles from my house (right in town) but I travel an hour to see Steve. D asked once why we don't change to the guy in town and I told him to go ahead -- I'm sticking with Steve because I trust him not to hurt me.

This Mexican restaurant is wonderful. It's a bit of a haul (almost as far as my dentist! LOL) but so much better than the couple of places that are closer to us. Now, nothing is "close" -- I'm talking a half hour versus 45 minutes.

And now for me time... ahhhhhhh.

*hugs*

You were so busy and I was having a wonderful, relaxing fun weekend away. :)

Hope you got your "me" time, and that the dentist was only for a checkup...*shudders* at the thought of the dentist.

How long will the recipe keep if you do use the eggs, there is only me to drink it. LOL! Is liquid chocolate like chocolate ice cream topping? And for me it's Jamesons. :)

This keeps MONTHS (tho it usually doesn't last that long! o.O) even with the eggs. The stuff I'm finishing now was made the week of Christmas. I think the alcohol keeps it pickled nicely. :P

Was just a check-up. In and out in 15 minutes with sparkly clean teeth. See? *smiles*

Liquid chocolate is something like Hershey's syrup that you'd make chocolate milk with. Come to think of it, my kids top their ice cream with it too...

:)
