Isn't the prospect of going to school just to get a career so that you can live of a shitty amount of money sound just fucking awful. That shit is for the birds. This society is just a load o'shit. What I would recommend, use the college as a learning experience. Don't boggle yourself down with finding a career. Like you always say, "do what makes you happy."
