It's very good to hear so many talking at such length about the achievements of their parents, what their parents have done. But I believe, and rightfully so I imagine, that more important is what parents have done for their children, and what their children can achieve because of this ( Read more... )

People as a whole have a tendency to care about their own lives, rather than what they're leaving for those who will continue after they're gone.

You don't have to answer that- in fact, I hope you don't. But eventually, it had to come up. We never talk about it, but I think I have a right to know.
